Here’s What You’ll Learn in This Month’s In-Person Workshop
- How to take good reference photos of flowers.
- How to trace your image(s)
- How to ink your floral image adding depth, detail, and shadows.
- What kinds of things you can do with this new skill.
For this workshop, I will share with you my floral inspiration photo collection and how/when/where I take them.
We will be using one of my images to learn the technique.
So, if you’d like to learn how to take a reference photo and turn it into a black and white floral illustration you can frame and hang up, then this workshop is for YOU!

I’m pretty excited about hosting this class at Black Fern Coffee in Bellingham. It’s a beautiful place to come, get a coffee (or a glass of wine even!) get your creative juices flowing in this class, then take a walk by the water. You should really do this for yourself!
